ABOUT KIM BARDAKIAN

Meet Kim

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: relationships matter. I love bringing people together, opening doors, and turning good ideas into meaningful opportunities. It’s what I’ve done throughout my career and what continues to inspire me.

For more than twenty years, Kim has advised CEOs, elected officials, founders and institutional leaders through the moments that define them.

Her network spans business, government, media and philanthropy across the Bay Area and beyond, and she puts it to work generously, connecting the right people at the right moment.

Kim Bardakian, founder of BarCom
“The right strategy opens minds. The right relationships open doors. Together, they create lasting impact.”

THE THROUGH-LINE

Communication. Connections. Community.

Kim’s career spans twelve industries, from consumer tech and entertainment to tourism, higher education, healthcare and civic life. The constant: reputation is built in community, not in isolation.

Through BarCom, she brings that experience directly to leaders as a senior counselor, a strategic connector and an advocate for the communities they serve.
